This session is great for those who may not have enough time for a full session but still need 30 minutes of support. This 30-minute session is set up to specifically focus on those areas that need relief - the head, face, jaw, neck, and shoulder areas. Sometimes 30 minutes is just enough to support relaxation, promote clarity and decrease mental fatigue. This session is customizable depending on your current areas of tension.
