My name is Brittany, but most people call me Bee, Britt or B :)

Since 2012, I’ve been a practicing Certified Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in pain management and women’s wellness. ​

My bodywork sessions are intentional in encouraging the nervous system into balance, relieving pain and tension, and providing grounding support through daily stressors, hormonal shifts, pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions women can experience. I believe healing begins when we are given space to slow down and feel supported. The body carries the effects of stress, life transitions, and daily demands, often holding tension long after the mind has moved on. My massage and bodywork approach combines physiological knowledge, nervous system–centered care, and trauma-informed awareness to help release pain, calm the mind, and support the body’s natural capacity for healing.
For the last 8 years, my yoga classes have been primarily focused on gentle yoga and restorative movements, while utilizing techniques to calm the nervous system by way of the breath, body, and mind. I’m grateful to offer monthly gentle yoga classes for the Providence Cancer Wellness Program, which supports patients in navigating their cancer journey. I also have the privilege of teaching for the Northern California Functional Restoration Program, which supports patients experiencing an injury or chronic pain.
I offer massage appointments in downtown Petaluma, and may be available to travel for house calls, depending on your location. My yoga classes are currently only offered online. If you have any questions or are interested in making an appointment, please reach out.
